Bioinformatics: from Algorithms to Applications (BiATA 2021)
Traditionally the conference is dedicated to fields of genomic, metagenomic, transcriptomic and virome analysis. Relevant topics include but are not limited to:

The conference will be accompanied by a 2-day workshop on metagenomic data analysis. Workshop includes practices in metagenomic data annotation using MGnify.
