The Center for Microbiome Innovation (CMI) at UC San Diego offers scalable, validated microbiome sample processing and data generation services, including next generation sequencing and metabolomics. We designed our infrastructure for researchers who require quality, consistency and speed, without the need to build their own lab systems.
We support academic, government and industry research projects with automation-driven pipelines, rigorous quality control and optional study design support.
