Learn more about your data by considering all of the problems with it. Like all data types, microbiome data has inherent issues that are important to consider during all stages of a study; from study design and sample collection – to sample processing and data analysis. In this webinar, we will provide background on major issues in microbiome studies as well as the methods developed to reduce their impact. By highlighting areas typically in need of attention and suggesting potential solutions we hope to stimulate discussion and the formulation of additional solutions.
